Clinton Complex is a 301,000 s.f., $70 million, 268-unit loft condominium conversion located at 500 S. Clinton. It was completed in 2001. Fifield acquired the buildings and subsequently contributed them as a venture partner with the principals of MCZ and Jameson Realty.
