The 625 W. Monroe building is entitled for 720,000 square feet of building area located in the heart of the West Loop. It is planned as either a 29 story office tower with the alternative use as 40 MW, 200,000 square foot data center near all major fiber optic operators, dual redundancy from ComEd with low latency for trading cd’s.
