First Downtown Project (1978)

This $100 million building contains 540,000 square feet of prime office space. This 24-story building was Steven Fifield’s first downtown office project, and was completed in 1978. Initial tenants leased 96% of the building six months before opening including Hartmarx, AT&T and Trailer Train. The project was a venture with Metropolitan Life Insurance.
